We are starting facility of providing live market data on the mobile. We have tested at our end. Initially for one month it will be on testing phase and afterwards monthly rent will be Rs 60 pm per client.

Requirements are :

• GPRS activation on the mobile. Your service provider will give this facility in the range of Rs 50 – Rs 100 pm.

This facility is useful for the clients who are on the move or not available in the branch. They can see live screen on their mobile.

Is the data LIVE or delayed?

- The data is LIVE. There may be negligible delays for transporting data over low bandwidth GPRS.

How many scrips can be added in one basket?

- You can watch 10 scrips per basket at a time. This restriction has been kept due to smaller screen size on mobile phones.

Does the live market watch refreshes automatically?

- Yes. The screen refreshes every few seconds which can be changed by you by using Personalize option in the application. Mind you, the refresh interval cannot be less than 5 due to GPRS network slowness.

Can I manually refresh the live market watch?

- Yes. You can stop the auto-refresh and manually refresh the live watch on need basis.

How many Baskets are available?

- Ten Baskets and in each basket you can add up to 10 scrips.

Can I modify my watch list?

- Yes. You can add or delete scrips.

Can I modify my ticker?

- Yes. You can add or delete scrips in ticker.

What all details can I see for a scrip in Live Market Watch screen?

- You can see Scrip Code, Scrip name, Volume, LTP, Previous day close & Market type.

What do different colors indicate?

- The color indicators give following information

• Green – Increase in price compared to previous LTP
• Red - Decrease in price compared to previous LTP.

What is Alerts?

- This is very important feature by using which you can set alerts on LTP of scrips so whenever LTP reaches that level you will receive an SMS alert.

Types of Alerts ?

- You can define conditional alerts on above or below of a particular price. You can also define periodic alerts every 30 min, 1 hour, 2 hours, daily market open and daily market close.

What is the maximum validity of alerts?

- The alerts can be valid up to maximum of 30 days provided the plan is active until the expiry of alert.

What do I do if I don’t want to use joystick of my phone?

- You can press left soft key or any appropriate key for menu options. You may refer to Help page for more information in the application for usability.

What kind of charts can I see?

- You can see only charts for daily price and volume variation.

How can I get JMarkets?

What if I change my Mobile Number?

Will I be paying separately for GPRS subscription to mobile operator?

- Yes. Charges are separate for GPRS enabling and using. This is subject to your mobile operator.

GPRS subscription and configuration of Phone :

- Please call your operator and inform that you are interested in GPRS subscription (contact JMarkets Helpdesk to know which GPRS plan to subscribe for).

• Follow instructions given by your operator to subscribe to GPRS You will have to pay monthly fee to your operator to get GPRS service.
• After you submit request for enabling GPRS, your operator will take anywhere from 0 to 48 hours to enable GPRS.
• After GPRS is enabled, you will get GPRS settings from your operator Please save the settings on your phone and check whether you are able to open any website like www.yahoo.com or www.tejosma.com. If you are able to open the page, you are ready to download JMarkets application.
